Breathe Private and Semi-Private Equipment Training

Private and semi-private training sessions work on the classic Pilates machines designed by Joseph Pilates. Here at Breathe we have 3 reformers, a Wundra chair, a combo chair, a trapeze table or “Cadillac,” and countless accessories for each. All of the equipment is designed to assist the body to find proper alignment and core stability within each exercise in order to make the mat work more efficient. Contrary to popular belief, it is actually easier and much more efficient for a new student to begin on the equipment and then progress to the mat work — as the mat work is the most difficult to master.

Breathe Pilates Mat Classes

Breathe offers Pilates mat classes at a variety of skill levels and times to fit any schedule. Pilates mat classes will occasionally use props like the Resist-A-Ball, Magic Circle, Foam Roller and Thera-Band to enhance the workout. As Pilates class sizes are small, we ask that you call in advance to choose a class that fits your schedule and skill level. Please be advised instructor approval is needed to attend intermediate and advanced classes.

Breathe Pre & Post Natal Mat Classes & Private Training

The pre & post natal program is designed for expecting mothers and those new moms looking to get back into shape after delivery. All trimesters are welcome, however it is extremely important to get written doctor approval before participation. Enjoy exercise and relaxation techniques to get you ready for the big day! For the post-natal client, enjoy gently bringing your body and mind back into shape by focusing on breathing, pelvic floor stability and core strength.
